On the Ascent Real Estate Tax Parcel page, choose Public access, then search by owner name, site address (street number and street name only—omit Street/Road/Drive), or municipality plus parcel ID. Do not put the full Tax ID (municipality code plus parcel) in the Parcel ID field; select the municipality and enter only the parcel portion. After opening a parcel, use Select Detail to view Taxes and print tax bill PDFs.

Columbia County’s real property listing function is handled by the Land Information Department, which maintains tax parcel, assessment, and related land records. The public can search parcels for free through the county’s Ascent Land Records Real Estate Tax Parcel portal by owner, address, or municipality and parcel ID, and can view tax bill PDFs from parcel detail. An interactive GIS mapper is also available from the Land Information site, and GIS/tax datasets can be downloaded from the county OpenData portal and ArcGIS REST services.
