For tabular tax parcel search, open Ascent Land Records and search by municipality plus parcel number, owner name, or site street number/name—do not fill every field, and omit street type (e.g., enter Oak not Oak Street). Tax ID codes like 11004-123 cannot be used in the Parcel ID field; use the municipality dropdown with the parcel number portion.
