This is the Treasury Division of the Municipality of Anchorage Finance Department, which bills, collects, and audits the city's tax revenues, including real and personal property taxes. The public can look up parcels for free through the municipal property portal at property.muni.org, searching by parcel number, owner name, or address to view appraised values, exemptions, and a tax detail tab showing amounts billed, paid, and due, with an online payment link. Property tax payments can be made online, by mail to P.O. Box 196040, Anchorage, AK 99519-6040, or in person at City Hall, 632 W. 6th Ave., Suite 330.
