St Clair (N. Congressional District) County Revenue Commission

This is the St. Clair County, Alabama Revenue Commissioner's office for the Northern (N. Congressional District) county seat in Ashville; St. Clair is the only Alabama county with two full-service seats (Ashville north, Pell City south). The office assesses real and personal property, calculates ad valorem taxes, and collects payments. The public can search property assessment and tax records for free online by owner name, parcel number, address, or account, and can view and pay property taxes through the county's tax portal. Parcel/GIS maps are available through the county ArcGIS mapping site, and business personal property returns can be filed online.
