Flagler County Clerk / Recorder
The Recording Division of the Flagler County Clerk & Comptroller is the central depository for all documents recorded in the Official Record Books of Flagler County - deeds, mortgages, assignments, satisfactions, plats, deed restrictions, claims of lien, tax warrants, final judgments and probate documents.
