Yuma County Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a division of the county's Information Technology Services department and maintains the county's parcel/cadastral mapping and enterprise GIS, including the Assessor's mapping system. The public can view parcel and property data for free through the county's ArcGIS-based Public Parcel Viewer, with zoning and land-use information in a separate mapping application. In the viewer, users can locate parcels by parcel number (APN) or address and click a parcel to see attributes such as ownership and tax information. Yuma County also publishes public ArcGIS REST map services (including a countywide parcel layer and an Open_Gov folder) that developers and GIS users can query directly.
