Records recorded before 2001 are under a separate "Historical Records" option. Index searching is free; obtaining document images/copies or bulk access requires a paid Record Account login.
This is the Wilcox County (Alabama) Judge of Probate online services portal, hosted by the county's records vendor (Team Ingenuity/INGRecords) and listed by the Alabama Secretary of State as the county's official online services site. The public can look up recorded land records (deeds and mortgages), probate case records, and historical records recorded prior to 2001, and can renew motor vehicle and boat registrations. Basic index searching is free; renewals carry a 3% processing fee (minimum $3.50) and obtaining document copies or bulk access requires a paid Record Account.
