La Paz County Recorder

The La Paz County Recorder's Office in Parker, Arizona records and maintains real property and other public documents, including deeds, mortgages, liens, mining notices, survey and subdivision maps, and UCC financing statements, and it also administers voter registration and early/mail-in voting. The office offers a free public online recorded-document search hosted by the third-party vendor theCountyRecorder.com, where users can search the index and view and print document images from 1983 to present. Documents can be searched by party name, document/reception number, book and page, document type, or date range. Optional paid web and corporate subscription tiers are offered for advanced access, and an in-office public workstation is also available.
