DeKalb County, Alabama's parcel and GIS mapping is delivered through the DeKalb County Revenue Commissioner's online Parcel Viewer, hosted on the KCS GIS (Keet Consulting Services) platform. The public can search parcels for free by owner name, parcel/property ID, address, subdivision, acreage, or assessed value and view interactive property maps with appraisal and assessment records. The mapping/GIS function is administered by the DeKalb County Revenue Commission in Fort Payne; there is no separate GIS phone line. Property tax payment is handled through a separate online portal.
