Crittenden County Recorder

In Arkansas the Circuit Clerk serves as the county Recorder of Deeds; the Crittenden County Circuit Clerk's office in Marion records and maintains deeds, mortgages, conveyances, liens, powers of attorney, plats, and related land records. Recorded documents can be searched online through Fidlar's Tapestry portal, a pay-per-search service that requires account registration and payment, so there is no free public online index for recorded deeds. Documents can be looked up by party name, document type, date, and instrument or book/page number. Assessor real-property data and tax-collector records for the county are available for free through separate sites (arcountydata.com and propertytax.ark.org). Free records inspection is also available in person at the Circuit Clerk's office.
