The Assessor locates, identifies, and values all locally assessable property in the county and maintains ownership records and assessment maps. The public can freely search assessment values, valuations, ownership, and sales history through the Assessor's Property Inquiry portal (a RealWare DataMart application) hosted at asr.cochise.gov, searchable by parcel/account number, owner name, address, or legal description.
