City of South Milwaukee Mapping/GIS

The City of South Milwaukee publishes parcel mapping and assessment data through its official Parcel Mapping & Assessment Data page on southmilwaukee.gov. After accepting the site disclaimer, the public can use free ArcGIS viewers—including the Property Viewer and Public Info Viewer—to inspect city parcels and related layers such as zoning, land use, buildings, and districts. Parcel attributes available online include address, owner name, tax key, taxes, land value fields, zoning, and acreage. The city also exposes a public ArcGIS FeatureServer (Property_view) for programmatic queries. GIS/mapping staff sit in the Engineering Department; there is no separate Mapping/GIS main line on the parcel page.
