The Circuit Clerk's recorded land records (deeds, mortgages, liens) are hosted on TitleSearcher, where you can search by owner/party name (with date-range options), and images/indexes cover 01/01/1981 to present. Access requires registration and payment: either a monthly subscription (~$70/mo) or a Pay-As-You-Go plan with a $5 minimum deposit; there is no free public search of deed records. A free Property Fraud Alert monitoring signup (name-based) is also offered via BIS/Bisland Records.
