This is the Mapping Division of the Baldwin County (Alabama) Revenue Commission, which maintains the county's tax parcel maps to Alabama Department of Revenue specifications. The public can view parcel boundaries and ownership through a free online map viewer (the KCS GIS Internet Spatial Viewer), searchable by owner name, parcel number, PIN, or address, with layers for zoning, flood zones, subdivisions, and future land use. Parcel data is updated a year in arrears (based on property status as of October 1 of the prior year). The underlying GIS data is also published through a live ArcGIS REST MapServer endpoint.
